This is really good. Glass is hard to do, but you've caught the reflections and translucence of it. Great job!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34889609.post-44203766746003674562007-05-20T23:16:00.000-07:002007-05-20T23:16:00.000-07:00I think you're doing wonderfully, Susan. Not sure if it will help but I just tried to focus on what appeared shaded on the real vase and also drew in the visible contents inside the vase and it kinda fell into place from there. :)Serena Lewishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17789734075055678964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34889609.post-87354631080706811502007-05-18T07:15:00.000-07:002007-05-18T07:15:00.000-07:00Nice glass Susan. I remember being there and found a good lesson that Danny posted, but not sure how to find it again.

Keep up the good work.Terihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16029722057577018059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34889609.post-48367171257672857642007-05-17T23:25:00.000-07:002007-05-17T23:25:00.000-07:00This is a lovely drawing Susan. People often used curved lines to show that, but it bothers me because real-life shadows aren't curved lines. So a lot of times my sketches look flat. I like your glass sketch! :)laserone_https://www.blogger.com/profile/00424296278274561680noreply@blogger.com
