One of the prompts at creative therapy is What are the most important lessons you've learned in life? One of my best lessons was from Oprah Winfrey...when you know better you do better and here is my artist journal page using stamps and little mirrors.

I have learned a lot from Oprah and this is a great lesson. I have also learned that I can't have it all and that is o.k.
